36th ANNUAL ZELLWOOD SWEET CORN FESTIVAL
May 28th, 29th & 30th 2010
Arts and Crafts Non-Juried Show

1. Application Deadline May 10, 2010. When submitting application, attach pictures to e-mail application or send in the mail.  You will need to go online and reserve your space/spaces you request. No application will be accepted the days of the show. After May 10th, 2010 we will accept cash, cashier’s checks, money orders or charge cards only. NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will send out confirmation notices as soon as possible.

2. EACH SPACE IS $100.00 FOR All Three DAYS. If mailing or e-mailing application send pictures or slides of all work that will be sold, along with completed application, check or money order payable to ZELLWOOD SWEET CORN FESTIVAL, P.O. Box 786, Zellwood, Florida 32798.( No pictures will be returned)

3. NOTE: If you want an electrical hook-up, they will also be handled on a first- come basis. Only 110 volts is available. Cost is $25.00 for all days per booth.

4. NO GENERATORS ALLOWED. (Unless approved by Festival Chairman).

5. Exhibit spaces are 12’x12’: If you need more than one space, please specify now so that they can be together. Your canopy cannot exceed your space. BRING ANT BAIT AND WASP SPRAY- ALL SPACES ARE OUTSIDE. The grounds are not level; you need to make provision for your space

 6. Your canopy or tent must have a “national fire retardant label” per county regulation. (All trailers for vending must have Festival Chairman Approval)

7. Overnight parking is available at cost of $ 20.00 for the event; please contact our office for permit and passes or reserve them online with application. (They are required) Must be self contained.

8. Parking inside the grounds is prohibited, but free parking is provided in designated area.

9. Check-In is required Friday May 28th, 2010 from 8:00am to 11:30am.

10. No knives, swords, guns, or artillery shall be allowed on grounds or sold at any time

11. No PORNOGRAPHY or TOBACCO products allowed.

12. You must set up completely one hour before the park opens and dismantle after the park closes. We recommend setting up early prior to the Festival, as early as Wednesday May 26st. No setup allowed after 9:00pm because of security. No vehicles will be allowed in the area after one hour before the park opens, all three days.

13. The show will be open on Friday May 28th from 1pm till 10pm& Saturday May 29th from 10:00am – 800pm, Sunday 11:00am till 7pm.

14. All property taken into the Festival grounds by the Exhibitor is taken at the Exhibitor’s own risk, and the Festival shall not be responsible for any loss because of damage from fire, theft, windstorm, or any other cause whatsoever, nor for failure upon its part to perform this agreement should officers of law seize, stop or prevent exhibitor from operating under this contract

15. The exhibitor agrees to release, defend, indemnify and save the Zellwood Sweet Corn Festival harmless from and against any and all loss, cost, expense, and claims for damages and injuries, including death to persons or property resulting from acts or omissions of Exhibitor, its agents or employees.

16. Exhibitors are required to keep their exhibit spaces free of trash, paper, or refuse of any kind. This material must be disposed of as indicated or designated by the Corn Festival.

17. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS AT ANY TIME. (Without Festival Chairman’s approval).

18. The Festival shall reserve the right to cancel agreement at any time for any reason deemed necessary.

19. THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE- NO REFUNDS! (Unless approved by festival chairman).
